The San Jose Conference this past weekend was Outstanding! Great ideas about membership recruiting and retention and the speakers were very impressive, particularly RI President Rick King and Past RI Pres Chris Dochterman. Our fellow Rotarian Don Kremer did a great job talking about "Increasing membership thorugh Cultural Diversity." I'm looking forward to attending more of these conferences.
